Born in Chesterfield, SC on January 25, 1948, he was the son of the late Carson Tyner, Sr. and Thelma Windham Tyner.
In addition to his parents, Carson was also preceded in death by one sister, Alice Faye Gainey and one brother, Harvey Jordan.
Over the years, he worked as a painter and enjoyed NASCAR and going to flea markets. He served in the United States Army for two years.
Those left to cherish his memory are his brothers, James Tyner and John Tyner.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 2:00 PM at West Lawn Memorial Park.
