She was born on December 9, 1948, in Cabarrus County and was the daughter of the late Banks Patterson and Esther Troutman Patterson.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Homer Hand.
Those with many Precious memories are her sister, Shirley Patterson Clontz; nieces,Jill Campbell Wherry, and Lily Eubanks Cook; nephew, Dale Christy (Valerie).
Linda enjoyed church activities and going places with her special friend, Bud File. Linda's graduated from South Rowan High School in 1967.
Linda will be missed by all that knew her, especially her close friends Melissa Ketchie, Karen Horton, and there families.
