Michael worked for many years as a carpenter with Precision Walls Company. Most recently, he worked for Shoe Show, Inc. in the warehouse. Michael loved sports and was an avid Miami Hurricanes fan.
In addition to his parents, those left to cherish his memory are his sons, Michael Aulstyn Apathy, William Braxton Apathy and Daniel Christian Apathy and his daughters, Gracie Morgan and Savannah Morgan. He also leaves behind his loving fiance', Bracken Steele, along with his brother, Joey Apathy and sister, Kimberly Apathy. Also surviving Michael, are his niece Olivia Apathy and nephews, Connor Apathy and Jacob Hnasko.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 16, 2021 at Linn-Honeycutt Funeral Home in China Grove from 2:00 - 4:00pm. Memorial service for Michael will immediately follow in the Chapel. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.linn-honeycutt.com.
