Carmelita Chavez Garcia, age 74, of La Verne, California passed away on Sunday, June 26, 2022. Carmelita was born April 19, 1948 in King City, California.

Carmelita is survived by her sister Ramona Garcia Cid; her nephew Raymond Cid.

A visitation for Carmelita will be held Thursday, July 14, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Chino, 13002 S. Central Ave., Chino, CA 91710. A funeral mass will occur Friday, July 15, 2022 at 10:00 AM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 1835 Larkvane Rd., Rowland Heights, CA 91748. A burial will occur Friday, July 15, 2022 at 11:30 AM at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 2161 Fullerton Rd., Rowland Heights, CA 91748.
