Frank Mullen, 67 years of age, passed away on February 15, 2016 at Home surrounded by his loving family of natural causes. He was born on March 29, 1948 in Vermont. Frank was a Chino resident of 39 years. He worked as a Plant Manager before he retired. Frank proudly served in the United States Army. He was a loving man with a great sense of humor that will be greatly missed by many. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife Debbie Mullen and his beloved children; Jennifer Mullen, Sean Mullen and his adoring 3 grandchildren; Kirstin, Courtney and Eric. A Funeral Service will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 26, 2016 at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Chino with Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Covina.
