Garland Dale Fore

Garland Dale Fore was born on December 2, 1935 in Brownfield, Texas to Garland and Della Fore. He had an older sister, Dorothy, younger brother, Dan and younger sister, Jane. He passed away at 80 years old on Saturday, June 4, 2016 in his home. Dale is preceded in death by both of his parents and his oldest sister. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Muriel Fore, his 3 children; Kim Boyer of Kingsburg, Tom Fore of Madera, Sandra Seals of Chowchilla and his son-in-law Ronnie Seals of Chowchilla, plus his 5 grandchildren; Kirby and Bryan Boyer of Kingsburg and Shelby, Colton and Emily Seals of Chowchilla.

Dale married Muriel on November 27, 1957 at Concordia Lutheran Church in Kingsburg. The Fore’s moved to Chowchilla, Ca in 1965. Dale worked for the Madera County Sheriff’s Department and retired after 22 years of service. Currently, he was employed by Fagundes Brothers as one of their supervisors. Dale and Muriel shared the love of adventure and enjoyed traveling around the world during their yearly vacations. A shared hobby of the Fore’s was working together, making their home and their yard a beautiful place to live. Because Dale was originally from Kingsburg and lived in Chowchilla, the family has planned multiple services in honor of his life. Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 13th at 10:00 AM at the Kingsburg Cemetery and a Memorial Service at Trinity Lutheran Church in Chowchilla Thursday, June 16th at 6:00 PM with a reception to follow.
