Phyllis Ann Miller

July 24, 1948 - January 15, 2018

Phyllis Miller was born to James and Imagene Stark on July 24, 1948 in the town of Heber Springs Arkansas. She passed away on January 15, 2018, surrounded by her children and grandchildren.

Phyllis met Eldon in February of 1964. They talked every day, fell in love, and were married on April 11, 1964. They lived in Chowchilla and together raised four children.

Phyllis loved being a mother and grandmother, taking great joy in her children and grandchildren. After her children were grown, Phyllis worked as an In-Home care provider and took pride in being able to help others. She loved to work in her yard and take care of her flowers. Phyllis also enjoyed spending time with her pet dogs. As a girl she was raised in the country and loved to ride horses and care for her pets. Phyllis carried this love for animals throughout her life.

Phylis is preceded in death by her father James Stark and mother Imagene Hazelwood and brother Jerry Stark of Heber Springs Arkansas. She is survived by her Children, Mark Miller of Chowchilla, CA, Cheryl Baker of Fresno, CA, Jason Miller of Fresno, CA and Melissa Miller of Fresno, CA, along with 3 grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Chowchilla District Cemetery in Chowchilla, California.
