Thomas Michael Clay, 53, of Circleville, passed away on May 21, 2023. He was born on April 15, 1970 to Ruby and the late Lawrence R. Clay, III in Columbus, Ohio.
Thomas graduated from Teays Valley High School and enjoyed fishing.
He is survived by his mother, Ruby.
