Funeral services will be held 2:00 Friday at McLaurin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Stanley Kirby officiating. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
Mr. Overbee was a member of the VFW in Pine Level and a Past Master of Selma Masonic Lodge #320
He is survived by his wife, Louise B, Overbee, son, Scott D. Overbee and wife, Annette, daughter, Tanya O. Sullivan and husband, Shelton, brother, James Overbee, grandchildren, Austin, Alex, Brandy, Chase, Matthew, Evan, Chloe, Dillon and Anna. He was preceded in death by his sister, Janice O. Hinnant, granddaughter, Caitlyn and a grandson Colby.
The family will receive friends and relatives on Friday, one hour prior to the service from 1 – 2:00 pm at the funeral home
