Eric Robert Choquette, 51, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Thursday, November 11, 2021, in recent years Eric has battled several health issues but faced them as only Eric would, he ignored all medical advice. Eric found it easier to take M&M’s than medication.
As a child, Eric’s love of carpentry became his passion. As he grew older Eric was part owner in a construction company with his father and at other times worked for construction companies. Eric would do anything from basic handyman services to full house builds. His passion for carpentry could be seen in his work.
Eric’s love of carpentry was only surpassed by his love for his family and friends. Eric leaves behind his loving wife Martha, his favorite stepson Brandon, his mother Kathy, his Father Gene (wife Sylvia), his brother Gene “GJ” (wife Cindy) and niece Sarah (Brandon).
Eric’s celebration of life will be held at Grace Fellowship Church 104 Anna Drive, Clayton, NC at 11:00am on Saturday, November 20, 2021. In lieu of flowers, a memorial scholarship in Eric's name will be established. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy for the Choquette family may be entered below within the "add a memory" tab.
