I worked at Purdue for 41 years and made rounds on campus.  Joyce was one of my favorite persons to see.  I’m so sad to see this.❤️

A tribute - Joyce Morlan
Joyce was a wonderful and accomplished colleague. She enabled the success of six consecutive Executive Vice Presidents for Research over her career at Purdue University. Joyce was the keystone of the Office of the Vice President for Research. She was the unassuming epitome of professionalism and friendliness. She was quick to smile and possessed the gift of seeing the best in everyone she worked with. 
To Joyce’s family: She will also be missed by many at Purdue. It was a privilege to know and work with her.

I am sorry for your loss.  Joyce was such a kind and thoughtful person.  We met when I moved into Hovde Hall and we shared an office wall in the building.  I referred to her as "the neighbor" when my young son and I would occasionally work on a Saturday.  "Don't bother the neighbors, they have important work to do."  To this comment Joyce would smile so brightly at my son who would peek through the door at her.  Again, I am sorry for your loss, she was such a beautiful lady.

I'm very sorry to hear about Joyce's passing.  I had many good memories of working with her in Hovde 3rd floor.  she often spoke about her family - Tanya; Christie; Marilyn & Rose.  She talked a lot about her sweet grandson Riddick.  We all knew how much she loved her family.
She was a sweet lady and will be missed by many.

Joyce was a dear classmate and friend in hs. We were friends when our own families were young. We had reconnected recently. Better than anything, she was (is) my Sister in Christ.

Condolences to Joyce’s family.  Joyce was such a pleasant presence to all who entered the VPR office at Purdue for so many years.
She was very effective and made everything run smoothly.  Purdue was a better place because of Joyce Morlan.

My heart goes out to Tanya, Christy, and her family. Joyce was a kind soul with a big heart. Sending big hugs to the family and Riddick, who she adored.

I have very fond memories of Joyce. In 8th grade Owasa,  we both liked the same boy, Jim Kadolph.   She asked my permission to date Jim even though I had never dated him. She was very sweet. 
To all of her family, you have my sincere condolences.

Joyce and I were the same age and as cousins we spent a lot of time together. We both loved  horses, had other same interests and were in the same elementary school classes, playing junior high basketball and more. Living “across the field” allowed us to spend time together. I will always cherish the memories we made together. ❤️

My condolences to the family. I didn't know her very long , but our time together was great. She treated me just like family. I was always excited to see her and cook for her. I'm sure she loved my cooking over every body elses. She was an amazing mother and grandmother. I'm so thankful that I got to be a small part of her life.

Joyce was such a beautiful person,  inside and out. She was always interest in what the other person is saying. She a kind, good soul. She loved her family dearly.
We praise our Lord that he is with Joyce. We know she will be smiling and watching over her daughters and grandson Riddick (who she adored). Our prayers are with her family and friends as they grieve and heal.
