Rosa Pearl Phillips Williams, age 96, of Clayton passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at her home surrounded by her family. Pearl Was born in Johnston County on June 22, 1927 to the late Charlie and Magnolia Johnson Stephenson.
She is survived by her husband, J. Clarence Williams; son, Alvin Phillips and his wife , Judy of Willow Spring; daughter, Dianne Hogg and her husband, Rupert of Clayton; 3 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Friday, May 31, 2024 from 1:00 to 2:00pm at McLaurin Funeral Home with the funeral services following at 2:00pm in the funeral home chapel. The committal service will follow at Maplewood Cemetery, Clayton.
