Tammy Brooks Stephens, the daughter of Jesse Brooks and the late Marie Johnson Brooks passed away Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at the age of 50. In addition to her father, Jesse Brooks, she is survived by her husband; Bob Stephens, daughter; Meghan Mary Della Stephens, brother; Ken Smith, step daughter; Victoria Stephens, step sons; Robert Stephens, Jr. and David Edward Stephens, cousin; Debbie Mitchell, step grandchildren; Renee Stephens and Casey Stephens, and three step great grandchildren.
