Terry Don Murdock

Terry Don Murdock, age 56, of Garner, NC passed away on Friday, July 19, 2024, at his home. The son of Gary and Shirley Murdock, Terry was born in Cabell County, WV on September 25, 1967, and retired from Auto Park Chrysler Jeep in Cary, NC where he worked for 30 plus years.

In addition to his parents, Terry is also survived by a son, Christopher Murdock and his wife, Jessica of Siler City, NC; grandchildren, Christian, Chase, Jackson, and Ella Murdock; two brothers, Mark Murdock and his wife, Melissa and Timothy Murdock; a niece, Kylee Murdock; nephew, Josh Murdock and several cousins. Terry’s passion was hunting and fishing with his buddies, three special friends, Tom Layton, Allen Burbage, and Mike Carden. Terry was loved by all his family, friends, and co-workers.

A visitation for Terry will be held on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, from 6:00 until 8:00pm at McLaurin Funeral Home in Clayton, NC. The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 27, 2024, from 1:00 until 2:00pm at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, OH. A funeral service celebrating his life will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2024, at 2:00pm in the chapel of Hall Funeral Home, 625 County Road 775 Proctorville, OH 45669. The committal service will follow at Centenary Cemetery located on Greasy Ridge Rd. in Chesapeake, OH.
