Bill was born and raised in New Mexico, where he graduated from Del Norte High School. He then joined the Army where he served from 1975 to 1977. He then moved to Washington State in 1996 where he resided until his death.
He is survived by his wife Roxanna L. LeMaster, Daughters; Desiree A. Morrow LeMaster, Rosa J. Aldridge, nephew James LeMaster and his family. He also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
A memorial service will follow at a later date.
