Benjamin F. Carr

Penn Highlands DuBois.

Mr. Carr was born July 28, 1945 in Clearfield, the son of Benjamin F. Carr, Sr and

Laura M. (McDermott) Carr.

He had worked for Johnson Machine Company of Clearfield until his retirement.

Benjamin was a member of the St. Francis Roman Catholic Church of Clearfield.

He had belonged to the Knights of Columbus and was an avid car enthusiast.

Benjamin is survived by two sisters; Kitty Keirn and her husband Jim of Clearfield and

Lynne Brubaker and her husband Brian of Tylersburg, a brother Steve Carr and

his wife Faith of Frankford, MO, three nieces and three nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial services will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2016 at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home at 2:00 P.M. with Father John Miller III officiating. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday from 12:00 P.M. until the hour of services.

The family suggests that contributions be made to the American heart Association, 444 Liberty

Avenue, Suite 1300, Pittsburgh, PA 15222 or the charity of the donor’s choice.
