Bruce E. Bailey

He was born August 23, 1958 in Niagara Falls, NY, the son of Benny C. and Caroline J. (Smeal) Bailey.

Mr. Bailey was employed as a Mechanic with FedEx.

Bruce was an avid dirt track racing fan rooting for his brother, who drives #49 and his nephews.

Bruce is survived by his wife, Ruth Ann (Stevens) Bailey whom he married July 18, 1987, three sisters; Betsy Williams and her companion Don Bowers of Bruceton, WV, Gloria Freyer of Clearfield and Diane Bailey of Kingwood, WV, four brothers; James Bailey and his wife Cindy of Osceola Mills, Timothy Bailey and his wife Tracy of Morrisdale, Duane Bailey of Hyde and George Bailey and his wife Audra of Curwensville, several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews and his beloved Silky Terrier, Munchkin.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Joseph Bailey and a sister, Carol Aughenbaugh.

Funeral Services will be held at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc. of Clearfield on Monday, May 8, 2023 at 7:00 PM with Rev. John F. White officiating. Interment will be in Bloomington Cemetery.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Monday from 4:00 PM until the hour of services.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
