Born August 11, 1950, in Bigler, the son of Wallace and Violet (Maines) Dixon.
Mr. Dixon had been employed with Glen Gery Brick for 45 years.
He was a lifetime member of the Clearfield FOE Aerie 812.
Burtis is survived by his wife, Judy (Condon) Dixon, three children: Tracey Vorpagel (Edward), Brad Dixon (Lara Sager) and Kristen Smith (Donny), six grandchildren: Haley McCall (Joe), Madison Vorpagel, Luke Dixon, Lucy Dixon, Aspen Smith and Alayna Smith and a great grandson, George McCall.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters: Shirley Ann and Shelia and a granddaughter, Alexa.
Honoring Mr. Dixon’s wishes there will be no public visitation or services.
