Carrie Jo Triponey

Born April 25, 1956 in Clearfield, the daughter of Robert Dean and Mildred Joan (Boyle) Triponey.

She was a graduate of Curwensville Area High School.

Carrie had worked at Kent’s Sportswear for 23 years as an Inspector and was also employed at Ridgeview Healthcare and Rehabilitation for 3 years in Housekeeping.

Ms.Triponey was a member of the Curwensville United Methodist Church. She was very involved within the church where she had taught in the Nursery, participated in the Search for Peace Pageant for many years and held the office of Secretary / Treasurer.

Carrie is survived by a sister, Vicky L. Triponey and her husband Mike Meacham of Simpsonville, SC and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral Services will be held at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc., of Clearfield on Monday, January 20, 2025 at 3:00 PM with Pastor Don Smith officiating. Interment will be in Historic Crown Crest Cemetery.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Monday from 1:00 PM until the hour of services.
