

Born October 31, 1957 in Clearfield, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Geraldine (Sheeder) Bloom.
Delvia was a 1975 graduate of Curwensville High School and then graduated with a degree from the DuBois Business College. She retired in 2019 from Boyle Trucking, where she drove truck for 9 years. She had also been employed at both the Clearfield and DuBois Walmart stores as well as the Clearfield Area Agency on Aging.
She was affiliated with the Curwensville Methodist Church, a ladies auxiliary member of the Army and Navy Service Club of DuBois and a social member of the Polaski Club in DuBois. She had been an EMT with the Clearfield Ambulance Service and a lifetime member of the Clearfield Fire Co. Stations #1,6, and 8.
She was very involved with the Clearfield County Fair Parade Committee. She loved the parade and dedicated her time tirelessly every year in support of its success. She officially retired from the committee in 2024.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Kumm whom she wed June 3, 1978; three children, Tracey Giacomi, Chris Kumm and significant other Rebekka, and Stephanie Opaliski and husband Tim; eight grandchildren, Aspen, Ambra, Nick, Janelle, Brianna, Nick, Johnny, and Alec; four great grandchildren; a sister, Bernice Graham; and a brother-in-law, Fred Kumm.
She is preceded in death by a son-in-law, John Giacomi; a daughter-in-law, Josephine Kumm; and a brother, Ardel Bloom.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
