Donna R. Neff

Born July 5, 1944, she was the daughter of Ashley and Vera (Mencer) Bumbarger.

She had been employed as a Hostess and Waitress at the Dutch Pantry of Clearfield for many years.

Mrs. Neff was affiliated with the Methodist Faith. She had been a Volunteer with Clearfield Health-Hospice and enjoyed participating in their annual Chili Bowl.

Donna is survived by her daughter, Robin K. Neff Pennington and her husband Ken of Woodland; a granddaughter, Nicole Norris and her husband Luis; two great grandchildren: Aidan and Abigail Booth; a sister, Diane Livergood of Morrisdale and a number of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ralph J. Neff whom she married January 14, 1961 and who passed away February 11, 2010; two sisters: Barbara Maines and Sylvia Hurley and a brother, Sonny Bumbarger.

Funeral Services will be held at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc. of Clearfield on Monday, February 12, 2024 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Dr. Jimmy Hopper officiating. Interment will be in Eden Cemetery.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Monday from 10:00 AM until the hour of services.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Penn Highlands Community Nurses, 1033 Turnpike Avenue, Suite 100, Clearfield, PA 16830.
