Linda M. Bruner Fenton

Born on November 27, 1947 in Clearfield, she was the daughter of Raymond and Sarah (Garrito) Bruner.

Mrs. Fenton had been employed as a bartender at the Railroad Street Tavern.

She is survived by her husband, Russell M. “Mart” Fenton, whom she married on May 29, 1976 at the West Side United Methodist Church in Clearfield; three children: Shawn Bruner and his wife Jennifer of Mackeyville, PA, Philip J. Bruner and his wife Keri of Curwensville and Stormie Rupp and her husband Garrick of Clearfield; twelve grandchildren: Jeniffer, Errin, Kyle, Kirk, Misti, Justice, Dillion, Legend, Nolen, Teva, Regan and Paige; one great-granddaughter; five sisters: Carolyn Puccio of California, Susan Puccio of Clearfield, Judy Jordan of Curwensville, Vicki Byrd and Cindy Stroud both of Alabama. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Fenton is preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Sarah Fenton.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 18, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc., 312 E. Locust Street, Clearfield, PA with Rev. Joel Leininger officiating. Interment will follow in the Eden Cemetery.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday, November 17, 2010 from 2:00-4:00 PM and 7:00-9:00 PM and on Thursday from 9:00 AM until the hour of services.
