

She was born on July 25, 1936 in Clearfield, PA; a daughter of the late Robert Snedden and Ester Ray (Coble) Snedden.
She was a waitress and manager for many years at the Clearfield Truck Stop, a member of the VFW Auxiliary, Chinklacamoose A.B.A.T.E. Clearfield Chapter, and loved to play bingo.
Survivors include three sons: Richard A. Snedden and his wife Carol of Brookville, PA, Garry M. “Bubbles” Jozefik and his wife Tammy L. of Woodland, PA, and Steve E. Jozefik and his wife Celeste of Brisbin, PA; a stepson, Scott A. Milligan of Clearfield PA; 15 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; two sisters, Daisy “Peg” Dobo of NY and Nanny Jean Archer of Houtzdale, PA; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Eugene H. Milligan, Jr., who passed away on June 15, 2005; siblings: George A. Snedden, Harry A. Snedden, Fredrick W. Snedden, Donald G. Snedden, Mary Etters, and Marcella Houdeshell; and stepson, Thomas E. Milligan.
Funeral services will be held at the Bennett & Houser Funeral Home, Inc. on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at 11 am with Rev. John F. White officiating. Burial will be at Allport Cemetery.
Family and friends will be received at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm and an additional hour on Wednesday, January 3, 2017 from 10 am until hour of services. On Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at 7 pm the VFW Auxiliary will be doing a small ceremony at the funeral home.
