Adam is survived by his loving mother Debbie Kanaris,step-dad
Bobby Jamieson,sister Kristen
Kanaris,fiancé Lauren,and an
abundance of wonderful family
members and great friends.
Adam was preceded in death by his father Peter R. Kanaris.
Adam was on "The National
Donor List" and donated his
organs to many people waiting
for "The Gift Of Life".
We are so proud of him for his
selfless choice.
A "Celebration Of Life" will be held at a later date for family and friends to share memories and
celebrate Adam's life.
