Barbara was born in Allegan County, Michigan on June 4, 1929. She was one of 16 children born to Ralph and Dora Dailey. Barbara retired to Clearwater, Florida with her husband Carroll Don McDonald in 1983.
Barbara loved the outdoors. She and her husband Don enjoyed traveling throughout the country in their RV visiting children, grandchildren, and relatives. Some of her RV adventures included fishing in Alaska, river rafting in Idaho, hunting in northern Michigan, fishing throughout Michigan, and deep sea fishing in Florida. Barbara also enjoyed planting flowers, gardening, and feeding the many birds that would visit her backyard frequently for their daily snacks.
Barbara was proceeded in death by her husband Don Mc Donald and daughter Patricia Crowe.
She is survived by her children James Knowles, Susan Connor, Robert Knowles, Michele King and Debra Schweitzer as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park in Clearwater, FL. Sunday January 23rd at 12pm Noon
