Charles “Douglas” Inman passed away peacefully on September 27, 2024 in Orange Park, Florida. Doug was born in Clearwater, Florida, and graduated from Largo High School, Largo, Florida, and from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. He was a Viet Nam Vet and retired from the Army as a Chief Warrant Officer in 1994.

Doug was a UF Gator Booster and UF Alumni Life Member. He was also a Disabled American Vets Life Member and NRA Member. He enjoyed attending Gator football games with his family and hunting alligators with his sons.

Doug was preceded in death by his son David Inman, daughter Wendy Wyatt, and brother Gary Inman. He is survived by two sons, Jeffrey Inman and Christopher Wright, sisters Sharon Temple and Julia Little, two brothers Andrew Inman and James Inman, grandchildren Jacob Inman, Collin Wright, Chloe Riccardi, Alec Wyatt, and Sarah Wyatt, and great-grandchildren Jaxon and Colton Riccardi, Joseph Wyatt, and Oliver Wyatt.

A Celebration of Doug’s life will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park, 2850 Sunset Point Road, in Clearwater, Florida 33759.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Children's Hospital or to the Disabled American Vets.
