Cristobal Borges, 100, of Clearwater, passed away Oct 24, 2016 from natural causes. He was born in Puerto Rico where he was enlisted in the 65th Infantry for the US Army and served in World War II. Cristobal is survived by his wife of 70 years, Emerita Borges and his nine children; Aida Rodriguez, Zoraida Muniz, Cathy Rodarte, Manuel Borges, Norma Mayas, Aida Borges, Reinaldo Borges, Miriam Borges, and Carmen Alvarado, 20 Grandchildren, 23 Great Grandchildren, 8 Great Great Granchildren and a host of family and friends.
