Funeral services for Dolores G. Harmon of Clearwater, FL, will be conducted graveside at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at 2:00 PM. Dolores died on Sunday, February 23, 2020 at the age of 89. She is survived by her son, Martin John Harmon, daughter, Dolores G. Davis, husband, Rex, granddaughter, Heather Poeschek, grandson, Jason A Schmidt, great-granddaughter, Shayla Poeschek, brother, Fred Nealley, wife, Patti & family. Born in Bristol, CT on July 9, 1930 and grew up in Troy and Bangor ME. She served 39 dedicated years of civil service work at Clearwater Court House in the Recording Dept. Over 40 years of devoted church membership at Peace Memorial Presbyterian Church in Clearwater. FL. Dolores moved with her family to the Clearwater area when her son, Johnny was 4 and daughter, Dolores was 2, shortly thereafter, beginning her civil servant duties at the Clearwater Court House. She enjoyed baking, gardening and sweeping leaves in her door yard!? If you don’t know what a door yard is either…it is the yard just outside the door, a very common saying in Maine. Dolores enjoyed baking so much that she was a huge contributor to her church’s annual bake sales for years and years. We know your in God's loving arms, Mom. We all love you very much and will miss you!
