Frank retired from teaching in 1985 and moved to Safety Harbor, FL, then later to Oldsmar, FL. He enjoyed reading, playing golf and do-it-yourself projects. Frank was a proud member of the American Legion Post 275 and the SNPJ.
Frank was preceded in death by his father Frank and his mother Christine. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Frances (Cabina), his children, Michael (Jennifer) and Susan, his grandchildren Caitlin (Will) Harris and Ashley (Zack) Giles and three great-grandchildren.
