Jeremy DeWayne Alderman, 32, of Clearwater, Florida passed away peacefully on September 17th, 2022 surrounded by his loved ones. He is survived by his wife of 5 years, Megan; daughter, Nora; mother Jacqueline; sister Charity; in-laws Arlene & Frank Brancaccio; many nieces and nephews; plus countless friends. Jeremy is preceded in death by his father Wayne and brother Joshua.
Jeremy was a devoted husband, father, son, and friend. He married the love of his life in 2016 and went on to have his daughter in 2018, whom he cherished. Jeremy was so proud of the life he built and being able to provide for his family. When his dad passed away in 2020, Jeremy became the man of two homes, making sure that his mom always had what she needed as well. Jeremy developed life-long friendships with his boys who were closer than brothers. There wasn’t a phase or celebration in life that didn’t include them.
From a young age, Jeremy excelled in soccer and played both soccer and football for Largo High. Jeremy was passionate about his first vehicle, a red Ford Ranger, that he converted to a mudding truck while in trade school. It wasn’t unusual to see him covered in mud going pedal-to-the-metal through a mudhole. In Jeremy’s early career, he worked for his best friend building custom trucks and vehicles. In his later career, he worked as a packing line technician and often traveled to unique places for assignments.
Jeremy had an adventurous spirit and lived life to the fullest. Some of his hobbies included line dancing, scuba diving, spearfishing, working on his saltwater fish tank, and sampling craft beers whenever he could. He was an avid Lightning, Gators, and Cowboys fan. One of his life-long dreams was to be a Season Ticket Member with the Lightning which we were able to fulfil.
Jeremy was unbelievably loved by all those who knew him and was considered the life of the party. He was a jokester and frequently had a huge smile or funny expression to give. Jeremy will be missed greatly by everyone.
