Jesse James Dawson

Jesse was employed by Sunrise Heat and Air with friends who were like family to him. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert (Bobby) Dawson. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife, soulmate and love of his life, Jakey Dawson; his beautiful stepchildren, Michael and Rhiannon of Oldsmar; his mother and stepfather, Diane and Lee Nohe of Safety Harbor; his uncle, Ronald Dawson (Linda) of Minnesota, nieces and nephew.

Jesse will be remembered as the best hugger, the most kindhearted and caring husband and son, an amazing step-parent to Michael and Rhiannon and a wonderful friend and mentor. Jesse loved his work and his work family. He was a Bucs fan and never left the house without a hat. He liked twangy country music and thought he was funny (he was) and a great dancer (he was not). He loved Friday family game night with Yahtzee and Rummy. He enjoyed grilling and smoking ribs, camping and boating, golfing with friends and watching movies while snuggling with his family. He liked playing X-box with Michael, watching

Rhiannon's minecraft streams and enjoyed her attempts to teach him to dance to Cotton Eyed Joe.

Services will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2021 from noon to 3pm at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home, 2853 Sunset Point Road, Clearwater, FL. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Jesse James Dawson Memorial Fund sponsored by Sunrise Heat and Air gofund.me/582dfbe7.
