Jesse Little, born on October 1, 1988, in Saint Petersburg, passed away on February 25, 2026, in Saint Petersburg. Though his time on earth was far too short, the love and light he shared will endure forever in the hearts of those who knew him.
Jesse’s heart was pure gold, and his personality was the life of every party, radiant with empathy and alive with compassion. To know him was to encounter kindness in its most genuine form, wrapped in laughter, warmth, and unmistakable presence. He didn’t just listen; he truly heard. He didn’t simply see you; he recognized you. In his company, people felt valued, affirmed, and completely understood.
His smile could ignite a room, and his bold, magnetic spirit drew others in effortlessly. He had a way of turning ordinary gatherings into unforgettable moments, filling spaces with energy, humor, and light. Yet beneath that vibrant, larger-than-life presence was a tender soul who listened without judgment and loved without condition. With that rare balance of exuberance and empathy, Jesse created spaces where everyone felt safe, accepted, celebrated, and deeply loved.
Creativity was a steady drumbeat that fueled Jesse’s life. Whether immersed in interior design, exploring the arts, learning to sew a trendy red cheetah speedo, or watercoloring freely at the dining room table, he poured imagination and heart into everything he touched. He had an instinctive eye for beauty and an extraordinary gift for transforming the ordinary into something soulful and inviting. Rooms became sanctuaries. Corners became conversation pieces. His artistry was not separate from who he was; it was an extension of him that was intentional, expressive, and vividly alive.
Delightfully eccentric and magnificently dynamic, Jesse embraced life in full color. One moment he’d be “throwing it down” to trap music or alternative pop, laughter echoing and energy contagious; the next, he’d have you on the edge of your seat, completely absorbed in the latest thriller, horror film or episode of Family Guy. His passions were fearless, his tastes refreshingly eclectic, and his spirit unforgettable. He lived out loud, loved deeply, and never dimmed his light.
As an active and beloved member of the Kava community, Jesse cultivated meaningful connections rooted in authenticity and true friendship. He celebrated others without restraint, lifted spirits instinctively, and carried warmth wherever he went. His heart knew no boundaries, his generosity had no measure, and at Jesse’s table, there was always a place for you.
At the center of Jesse’s world was his profound and sacred bond with his husband, Garrett Albanese. Married for nearly seven beautiful years, their love was never measured in time but in depth. They married just 90 days after the day they met, knowing without hesitation that they had found their forever person. They would often say, “I love you—how much? So much. Until when? Forever.” That promise lives on, unbroken and eternal.
Jesse was preceded in death by his beloved father, Julius Edmund Little I, and his cherished French bulldog, Dyson. He is survived by his devoted husband, Garrett Albanese; his treasured American bulldog, Kirby; his loving mother, Tammy Little; his stepmother, Evie Little; and countless members of his chosen family and dear friends who were blessed to share in his life.
In the end, Jesse gave one final, extraordinary gift. Through organ donation, he gave the gift of life to others. Even in passing, his compassion continues to ripple outward, a testament to the generous and loving soul he will always be.
Jesse was, and will forever remain, deeply loved. His light does not fade; it shines on in every life he touched.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites you to please consider making a donation to https://www.stpetepride.org/ to support LGBT community or https://lifelinkfoundation.org/ to help give the gift of life to others via organ donation in Jesse’s name.
