

Lillian Fuoco (Leonilda Coletta), 87, of Clearwater, passed away October 16, 2024. She was born April 3, 1937 in Cervaro, Italy to Roberto and Vincenza Coletta. Lillian arrived in Halafax, Canada at the age of 14, then arrived to Windsor, Canada. Introduced by friends to her soon to be husband Anthony Fuoco, Sr. They started dating, moved to Detroit, Michigan, later married and started their family.
Lillian enjoyed spending time cooking, making homemade pasta with grandchildren, enjoying gatherings and holiday celebrations. Lillian was always grateful for friendships and thankful for comfort during her struggles.
She was a loving mother and survived by her children Mary, Linda (Eric), Robert (Sue), Anthony, Jr. (Carrie), and Nancy, beloved nonna of Robert (Taylor), Alyse (Jeff), Erik (Sinyelim), Chloe (Jorge Anthony), Austin (Lexi), Nicholas, Dominic, great-grandchildren Michael, Nianna, Trinity, Julian, and Isabella, sister Filomena, sister-in-law Joan Coletta, brother-in-law Valentino Fuoco, and countless cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 43 years Anthony Fuoco, Sr, son-in-law Paul, brothers Vincent and Larry, brother-in-law Robert Paciocco, sister-in-law Christina Coletta, Elia Fuoco, and Olga Ricci.
The family thanks everyone for their support and thoughtfulness during this difficult time. Family will receive friends for a visitation on Monday October 21st at 1:00pm with a funeral service to start at 2:00pm and graveside service to follow. Donations can be made in Lillian’s memory to Suncoast Hospice.
