Robert E. Dehnel, 90, of Clearwater, Florida, passed away on October 12, 2023. He was born in Meriden, Connecticut on April 9, 1933. He was married to the late Gail Stratton Dehnel on September 7, 1957. Robert was a veteran who served in the Army from 12/01/1949 until 03/21/1953.
Robert held many titles in his life, student, accountant, and truck driver, but his favorite titles were husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.
He was survived by his daughters, Patricia Dehnel Toney and Sharon Dehnel Woronka, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He is predeceased by his wife, Gail, son, Capt. Thomas Dehnel and granddaughter, Christina Kirklin.
