He was born in St. Petersburg, Florida on July 30, 1996 to Dennis & Donna Douglas. Our colorful son always remained young at heart, loving artwork, books, getting his hair dyed, and Spiderman. He loved going out to eat, playing with dogs, and watching football. Our hearts are broken without him, and we look onward to the day we all meet again...
Stephen was preceded in death by his brother, Andrew Douglas; grandparents, Dr. Harold & Neal Carroll; grandmother, Erna Douglas; and Uncle Steve Carroll.
He is survived by his loving parents, and his dear brother, Matthew Douglas.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home, located at 2853 Sunset Point Rd, Clearwater, FL 33759, on January 17, 2026, at 12:00 pm with reception and committal to follow.
