Vanessa moved to Florida with her family in 1986. She worked in banking most of her life, but she always said being a Mom was her favorite job. After retirement, Vanessa worked part-time for Lowe's and loved the team of friends she had there. In her downtime, she enjoyed reading, trying new recipes while perfecting old ones, crafting, traveling, and going to the beach.
Vanessa is survived by daughter Janine Mahon (Richard J. Britt), daughter Brianne LaMonica (Thomas LaMonica), son Ryan Mahon (Kelli Fischer), and grandson Keegan Mahon.
A celebration of life will be held on June 6th at Bon Appetit Restaurant from 12:30-4:00.
