William J. Nasser passed away peacefully January 4, 2020. The son of Joseph F. and Delores A. (Bachus) Nasser, he was born in Terre Haute, IN October 1, 1940. He moved to Dunedin in 1973. After moving to Florida he became a property manager and successfully owned his own business for many years. He was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. He was known for his compassion for all, his joy of interpreting for the deaf, his dry wit, and his love of photography. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Jo Anne (Czomak), his daughter, Jill Harry, and her husband David, his two grandchildren, Will and Emma of Knoxville, TN, an aunt, many cousins, and many godchildren. Graveside services will be held January 11 in Terre Haute. A Memorial Mass will be February 29, 2020, at 11:00 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Dunedin. The family requests, in lieu of flowers, donations to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, (LLS.org) or Dogs for Better Lives (dogsforbetterlives.org) which provides dogs for people who have hearing loss. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and will be missed by many.
