Wife of David Sack for 52 years, mother of Mark of Huntersville, NC and his wife Lynn and grandson, Patrick; mother of Katherine (Kate) and grandchildren Clare, Owen and Evan of Bethel, CT.
A resident of Winston-Salem for the past 25 years, Judith was born in New York City and spent most of her childhood in the Big Apple and on Long Island.
She attended Hofstra University (undergrad) and Columbia University (graduate studies). Judith lettered in four sports at Hofstra and is a member of their Basketball Hall of Fame.
An outstanding career in consumer products marketing followed in New York, London, and San Francisco working for such companies as General Foods, Combe, and Clorox.
Since her arrival in North Carolina, Judith divided her time equally between Winston-Salem and Bonita Springs, Florida.
With her husband David, she was an essential force in the establishment in Winston-Salem of Interloop North America, a highly successful sock company.
Burial will be Saturday, December 1 in New York City at Woodlawn Cemetery.
