Vincent Joseph Chadzutko

Mr. Vincent Joseph Chadzutko, 91, of Clemmons passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. Vincent was born May 7, 1929 in Queens, NY to William and Anna Targonski Chadzutko. He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and was preceded in death by his wife, Eleanor F. Chadzutko in 2014.

He is survived by a son, Thomas C. Chadzutko and wife, Moira of Bayshore, NY, and two grandchildren, Christopher T. Chadzutko and wife, Paula and great grandson, Andrew Chadzutko and Megan A. Leonard and husband, Christopher J. and great grandchildren, Abigail and Christopher Leonard; a son, Michael V. Chadzutko and wife, Patricia of Clemmons, two granddaughters, Michelle C. Frankie and husband, Jason M. of Rosedale, MD and great grandson, Tristan M. Frankie and Melissa A. Chadzutko and her fiancé, Daniel L. Gaither of Kernersville, NC.

A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, September 5th at Holy Family Catholic Church. Burial will follow at a later date at his home in New York.
