Great grandfather of Tuvia Leiv, Rochel, Yishai, Shlomo and Azrael. Dear brother of the late Harold Herskovitz and Lillian Grunberger. Services will be held Wednesday, August 28 at 10 A.M. at the BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1985 S. Taylor Rd., Cleveland Heights, OH. Interment Zion Memorial Park. Family will observe Shiva at the residence of Fern Grunberger, 2188 Cottage Grove, Cleveland Heights,OH THROUGH SATURDAY EVENING. Friends who wish may contribute to the charity of choice.
