BERLIN JACK BERLIN, age 93, died February 4, 2013. Beloved husband of Dorothy Berlin (nee Chernikoff); devoted father of Marcia Katz and Teri Lee; loving grandfather of four; loving great grandfather of six; dear brother. Services will be held at BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1985 S. TAYLOR RD., CLEVELAND HTS., Friday, February 8 at 10 AM. Interment Mt. Olive Cemetery (Forest City Hebrew section). The family will receive friends at the Berlin residence, 311 Wilson Mills Rd., Chardon, IN THE COMMUNITY ROOM UNTIL 7 PM.
