Services will be held Tuesday, November 5 at 12 Noon at the BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL 1985 S. Taylor Rd. Cleveland Heights, OH. Interment Bet Olam Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the chapel 1/2 hour prior to services.
