

A passionate golfer, devoted Cleveland sports fan, and lifelong Buckeye, Mark was a proud graduate of The Ohio State University, earning his J.D. before practicing law for over four decades. Despite facing health challenges in recent years, his resilience and dedication remained unwavering.
Mark was the beloved husband of Amy Harris-Fishman for 38 years. He is survived by his son, Jonathan Fishman; his sister, Cheryl (Mark) Groner; niece Julie; nephew Michael; and many dear friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Betty Fishman.
He will be fondly remembered for his humility, quick wit, intellect, and remarkable strength of character.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, May 17th, at 10:30 a.m. at the Berkowitz Kumin Bookatz Memorial Chapel, 1985 S. Taylor Road, Cleveland Heights. Shiva will be observed at the Groner residence at Point East, 27500 Cedar Road, Beachwood, from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and again from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, with additional hours on Monday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, Blood Cancer United, the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, or the Cleveland APL.
