Services will be held Thursday February 9, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel, 1985 S. Taylor Rd. Cleveland Heights. Interment Zion Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the residence of Mr. & Mrs. Sallie Fine & Michael Lewin 24511 Duffield Rd. Beachwood. Following services to 8 PM and Friday 2-5.
