Son of the late Margit and Sandor Sonnenfeld, beloved husband of Veronika Sonnenfeld (nee Weinstock) for 55 years; dearest brother of Veronica (Laszlo Endrenyi) Torma of Toronto, Ontario; cherished uncle of Joseph (Bathsheba) Stern and Janet Stern Rest; dear friend of Andrew Sternberg and many others.
Peter was devoted to his wife and family. He had a wonderful sense of humor and an engaging personality. He was a kind person, always keeping other's best interests in his heart. Peter enjoyed the small pleasures in life whether it's was to experience a sunny day or hear a good joke.
The family especially wants to express their gratitude to Jewish Family Services for their help for Peter and his family, and all that they do within the community.
