Sheila was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose love and warmth touched all who knew her.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Alan Scolnick; her children, Elyse Schultz, Beth Fazekas (Dave), and Jeff (Shannon) Scolnick; and her cherished grandchildren, Cassie Fazekas, Callie (Chris) Rajczak, Carrie Fazekas, Matthew Schultz, Shaina Scolnick, and Jack Scolnick. She was a proud and loving great-grandmother to Brier, Bayler, and Lawson Rajczak.
Sheila was predeceased by her parents, Stella and Irv Lubitz, and is also survived by her dear siblings, Sonnie (Roger) Miller and Lester (Rebecca) Lubitz.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel. Family will receive friends at the residence on Dec. 17 from 5-7:00 p.m., Dec 18 from 12-2:00 p.m. & 5-7:00 p.m, Dec. 19 from 12-3:00 pm.
Donations in Sheila’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
Arrangements have been supervised by Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel.
