Services will be held at BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL 1985 S. TAYLOR RD., CLEVELAND HTS., Thursday, May 29 at 12:30PM. Interment Zion Memorial Park Cemetery.
