Sue another year has gone by and I’m always thinking about you and the conversations we used to have as neighbors. Another class reunion is coming up #55next weekend and we all will miss you .Your name will be read as many of the other classmates that are in peace.

Susan has passed away....pause....I was stunned upon hearing the sad news...She was the most sweet human being...beautiful inside and out. I lived down the street from her on Silsby. We even dated a few times...I remember like it was yesterday how she laughed when I made a big fuss about what a cute nose she had! A perfect face!... I worked with her brother Howard in the jewelry store...feel so sorry for your loss! & close friends with her cousin Mark and his sister. Oh Suzie, you will be missed so much how you made the world a more beautiful place because of your charisma and beauty....

My son Matthew was in Mrs. Pollack’s kindergarten class at Sunview in 2006. He just came home today after hearing of her death and said again how much he liked her. She provided his first experience with school and he has such good memories of her, as do I. She always went above and beyond for her students and I am grateful to have known her. My sympathies to all of you. The world was better place with her in it.

So saddened by this news. Sue was an amazing woman! I've known Sue since my student teaching days at Fairmount, then reconnected when my twins were at Sunview. Even though they weren't in her class, she kept a watchful eye on them. She was the most kind, amazing and sassy woman I know! Rest easy Sue. You have touched so many! 😪❤

Sue and I taught together in Beachwood many years ago. We did not keep in touch enough after our careers took us in different directions,. Working with Sue was a joy. She was always, warm, smiling, caring and an excellent educator.

Dear Ronnie, Matthew and Carly ( and spouses),

It’s very hard writing this. Though I am suffering every moment, I know how much harder it is for you.  Excruciating.  Your wife and mom was about the most special person I ever knew.  She was loved by everyone who knew her.  As I constantly remember her voice and her face, I think about how kind she was to everyone, how smart - she was the person to ask about any topic, and she knew so much. How involved she was in everything she did.  She loved sports and was my go-to person about players, teams.  I was so lucky to know her and I think everyone feels that way.  
I am sorry you suffered and continue to suffer.  I am glad her suffering is over.  I just can’t believe she’s gone.  She will always be a part of my thoughts and I know she will always be there for you.  The pain doesn’t go away, and that’s okay. I will never forget Sue. Neither will you.  Your friends and family will be very important in the coming days.  Let them help.

I got to know Sue when consolidation happened at SEL. I taught first grade down the hall. I met Sue and loved her immediately. She was funny,  smart, and genuine. She was easy to talk to and ready to help a lending hand any time.  Sue will be dearly missed. 

I was so sorry to read this. Sue was  my kids’ pre-school teacher many years ago.  Such a fun person, who was always smiling.  She is gone too soon.  My sympathy to her family.

Sue and I worked together at Sunview.  She was part of our kindergarten team!  Boy did she understand kids!  Always had a smile on her face and a great outlook on life.  If I ever needed advice with anything, I could go to her and she would have some great words of wisdom.  Conversations were always centered on her family.  She had a way of making you feel like you were part of the family.  I will miss her beautiful eyes and smile and learning some fun Jewish words or phrases from her.  God bless and love you Sue.
