

He was born on July 21, 1968, in Rostov-on-Don, Russia, to his loving parents, Svetlana and Mikhail Finkelstein.
Vadim went on to pursue his passion for helping others through dentistry, graduating from Kubansky Medical School in Krasnodar before beginning his career as a dentist.
More than his professional life, Vadim was devoted to his family and friends. Above all, his proudest role was being a father to his beloved son, Mark Finkelstein. Their bond was unbreakable—Vadim was Mark’s hero, best friend, and greatest role model. No relationship could compare to the strength of theirs, and Mark will forever carry the pride of being his father’s son.
Known for his selflessness, love, and unwavering strength, Vadim always put others before himself. He will be remembered as a brave, loving, resilient father whose presence brought warmth and kindness to every room. He truly was one of a kind. His legacy lives on in the love of his family, the loyalty of his friends, and most profoundly, in the heart of his son.

Vadim's Funeral Service will be Friday, September 26, 2025 at 1:00 pm at the Berkowitz-Kumin- Bookatz Memorial Chapel,1985 South Taylor Road, Cleveland Heights, Ohio 44118.
Interment (burial) will take place following the service at Mount Olive Cemetery 27855 Aurora Road, Solon, Ohio 44139.
Immediatly following the burial, the family will gather for a celebration of Vadim's life at the restaurant Romantic located at 5131 Mayfield Road, Lyndhurst, Ohio 44124.
