He was born in West Hamlin, West Virginia, the son of the late Oscar Lee and Olive Florence Triplett. Ray was the beloved husband of 51 years to Brenda Kay (nee Vandal); loving father of Angela Triplett and Scott Triplett; cherished grandfather of Vanessa Lombardi and Jennifer Appleby; dear brother of eight and adored uncle of many.
Ray loved playing Rummy, spending time with his family and friends and loved his pets. An outdoorsman, he loved the summertime spending his time outside tinkering, working on his car, house or gardening. He will be remembered for his unique smile and his loving and caring personality. He will be greatly missed by many.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 from 12PM-1PM with a funeral service at 1PM at Craciun Berry Funeral Home, 7200 Detroit Avenue, Cleveland. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Cleveland.
